Genesis
With the dawn of globalization and emergence of unified world economic order, ideological pluralism, ethnic variations and cultural differences of various nation states needs to be canalised for generating creative solutions to human problems.

It is imperative, therefore that the less privileged societies develop a critical mass of trained managers and leaders responsive to the challenges of our times and inherent uncertainties of the future. Management education thus needs to be re-oriented to enable professional managers address these problems of developing countries in the context of emerging global environment.
