| At CIT – Kolkata, one comes across a library of mammoth dimensions. It houses over 9864 books, (for 1st year only) so many national & international on-line & off-line journals, and magazines having extreme relevant to engineering fields, major dailies, newsletter and a number of electronics on-line academic publications. The Library has software based networking system and will soon have the multimedia support which will enable it to perform in a more dynamic way. |

CIT going to established a separate BOOK-BANK which has a collection of nearly 25000 volume of books for rendering a back-up support to the students and faculty member with the payment of Rs. 5,000.00 (as a caution deposit – refundable / adjustable).
The journals for engineering & technology are: IEEE Computer, IETE journal of research, IEE technical Review Pramana, IETE Journal, Havard Business Review, Journal of Information Science &knowledge of education etc. etc. |
