Mock Interview
To give an impetus to the learning process and also to prepare the students to face personal interview and group discussion successfully, with a greater degree of confidence, at the time of final placement, mock interviews, mock group discussions and buzz sessions will be organized throughout the academic year. For this purpose the experts are involved to make the exercise a real experience.
 
Model Games
In simulated conditions students will be encouraged to take up various management games and play among different groups based on laid down theories, practices, etc. Such format develops the rationality, reasoning, decision-making and strategy formulation traits and qualities in our students.
 
Case Studies
The curricula are designed with the objectives to impart knowledge by laying greater emphasis on case studies and practical training to acquire wisdom. A numerous case have been developed and also collected for exposing students to acquire analytical skill, problem solving and decision making capabilities and also to respond to ever changing global competitive.
 
Role Playing
Training through simulated games and role-plays i.e., learning through doing and doing while learning is a regular feature of developing students at the institute.
 
Group Participation
Group culture forms the basis of nurturing prospective professionals. It makes them to be more productive and adept in acquiring the real life techniques of achieving results trough team building along with the knowledge gained from classroom. Group interacts and plays games with other group and also shares experiences in order to provide more effective learning. This process helps to postulate new ideas and develop skills.
 
Paper Presentation
In order to keep abreast with the latest development in respective fields and to do in depth analysis of theories and principles, students will be guided properly to do research, frame open and close ended questionnaires, collect primary and secondary information and data and analyse the issues involved before making presentation of the paper.
 
Career Orientation
To evaluate the strengths and weakness of the students, 'Star and Strip' system is adopted. Apart from the academic pursuit of students, special care will be taken for personality development and extra curriculum activities such as debates, Seminars, Workshops, Group Discussions, Indoor and Outdoor Games Cultural functions, industry visits etc.
